He has good reason for concern and should see a doctor. Do not waste your time trying to treat yourself .... These infections can be out of control if not treated quickly and correctly.

You will be amazed at the amount of bacteria is in your own skin, even after a long hot bath! The smallest can be cut to become infected. Be automatically assumed that our hands are dirty and not the waist down, constantly filled with bacteria, especially the feet and lower .... Moreover, others had their nails cut live with knives, and who in May toe / nail infections, bacteria and sometimes even in unhygienic conditions at home. You never know when the Clippers were, or in the hands of the person who cuts them. People wash their hands after using the toilet? ... Everything we know, there are reasons to bathe too often, cover your mouth and use of Purell hand santitizer in everything! The next time you have a manicure, use Purell on their feet and hands, just to be safe. So you can see how a simple reason that the bleeding broke the skin ... ... can go wrong very quickly with the infection if it is probably not so fast.

How to solve this problem: Simply rinse your finger on part of the peroxide, a part of the solution of clean water, two and five minutes. Put on the principleiCal antibiotics every six hours. Socks moves to change at any time by the bacteria to prevent themselves. To do this several times a day until healed. If your under the nail or not better or worse, if they turn in a few hours - or days, get medical drugs such as penicillin or another. It is always best to ask your doctors, however, and get an honest opinion of your problems!
Good luck.

You have an infection, and it is time to go to the doctor. While you're here, why can not for HIV and hepatitis test testing of antivirals to. The rooms are not very hygienic. I was once, and my foot has become infected. I bought a few tools and nail polish, and now I am about my nails myself. Well, I'm sure my equipment is used only by me.

immediately go see a doctor. Which may be an infection of the nails, but can not so sure. especially if it was the skin with a nail file that does not clean, sterile broken /.

Manicure Instruments Stores are familiar with the same tools without cleaning between guests. I refuse to them go because of this fact.
